1) Farndon Willow Holt Nature Reserve
This fascinating site covers almost 10 hectares
and includes areas of flood meadow and wildflower rich grassland
as well as sections of river bank and flood bank. The Willow
Holt is owned by the Trust and includes a fine collection of
willow species.

2) The Farndon Circular Walk -3.5 miles (1
1/2 hours)
A gentle walk from in front of the Farndon
Boathouse, mainly following the River Trent and past the Marina
and old 'gravel pits' lakes with their abundance of
wildlife.
